Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods (like launches or holidays).

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After processing, shipping times typically are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out 🤍

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

If you don’t see your tracking email, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Love Out Loud is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your building

  • Contacting your local post office

Love Out Loud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to support you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing

RETURNS

At this time, we do not accept returns for refunds.

All items are made to order, which means each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Exchanges & Replacements

We do offer replacements if something isn’t right.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible 🤍

Sizing

We highly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.

Because items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing at this time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
